In an age of instant answers and AI-generated content, what does learning mean now? And what unique value do learning professionals bring to the table?
This interactive session reframes the role of L&D in the age of AI, moving beyond tools and prompts to the deeper strategic questions: How do we design for discernment, not just delivery? What does the business risk if it adopts AI without rethinking learning? And how can learning leaders become trusted sense makers in this moment of transformation?
Through a mix of reflection, breakout discussion, and a behind-the-scenes look at live AI-human collaboration, participants will leave with practical insights - and a renewed sense of purpose - for leading learning into the future.
WHY ATTEND?
Session Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Reframe the role of learning professionals in the age of AI: from content creators to strategic sense-makers guiding ethical and effective transformation.
2. Go beyond the obvious risk/reward opportunity: explore how AI facilitates “10x productivity” via 10x thinking in language the C-suite will understand.
3. Explore what “learning” really means today: in a world of instant answers and machine-generated content, let’s talk about how we design for human judgment, not just knowledge transfer.
4. Leave with a set of reflective questions and conversation starters: bring the AI dialogue back to their teams, leaders, and learning ecosystems.
