Only include attachments that will provide a complete picture of your approach.  Please note, these documents may be used, with your permission, to highlight your work during the gala if your organization is chosen to be recognized.  Examples include screenshots from a mobile app or blended learning solution, copy of your leadership development model, talent mobility framework, or talent assessment collateral.

Please do not include the organization name, program name (if it references the organization) or any other identifying information, including organization brand elements, in your application or uploaded documents.

Are there any guidelines to be followed for naming my documents?

Yes.
In order for us to best track and consider your uploaded attachments, please use the following naming convention prior to uploading:
Your organization name – Award Category – Document Name

If your organization is selected for recognition, you may be asked to participate in a video montage for the awards ceremony.  Likewise, you may be asked to showcase your initiative at a chapter meeting, SIG event, or at our annual Southwest Learning Summit conference. However, this is basis expression of interest and not mandatory.
