Facilitator: Rachel Harner

As part of the leadership development team, you understand how difficult it can be to prove the value of your initiatives to senior leaders. You pour your time, energy and passion into your programs and ideas. You work tirelessly to create meaningful experiences and impact in your company. You usually have one shot to convince your executive leadership that your team’s program and the tools or content you want to purchase for those programs are worthy of budget approval.

Join us to discuss how to work smartly with C-suite leaders and peers to prove the value of programs to key decision makers.

WHY ATTEND?

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • What’s at stake if talent development programs are not aligned to business results.
  • The organizational business outcomes and results executives are concerned about when they are evaluating budget proposals for new and/or continuing employee focused programs.
  • Strategy execution and organizational development models we can leverage to improve our influence with executive leadership.
