Whether you're negotiating job offers or an earned raise or promotion, Nigeal Fisher offers her insights to help you gain confidence in your negotiation style. Learn how to evaluate job offers, highlight your experience and education, research your industry and salary, and evaluate market trends. We will also discuss negotiating tactics for different scenarios, such as: when you want a raise, when you need additional benefits, and/or when relocation is involved.
Join us for a facilitator-guided virtual workshop and interactive conversation focused on all things salary.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Nigeal Stokes Fisher
Nigeal Stokes Fisher is a dynamic leader with 15+ years of Human Resources experience and a passion for people. She is known for “Moving the Needle” and has supported the Human Resource function for well-known employers, including YRC Worldwide, DFW Airport, Allergan, and Abbvie.
Nigeal has developed and implemented HR strategies and best practices. She has also led workforce initiatives and transformations for multiple sites and divisions globally. Her transparent style allows her to quickly secure followership and trust and build rapport.
Nigeal has guided cultural transformations, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), and integrations. She has led talent acquisition, professional development, and succession planning initiatives, securing results by creating an inclusive environment grounded in respect, transparency, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
