Save the date and sharpen your pencil! You won’t want to miss this chance to learn from our 2016 AXIS Winner in Change Management.

Presenter and Facilitator:

Sandi Karrmann
Chief Human Resources Officer

Sandi has served in numerous leadership positions in human resources over the years. Prior to USPI, she was with Yum Brands as Chief People Officer for Yum! Restaurants International, Chief People Officer for Pizza Hut® and Chief Human Resources Officer for Meritage Homes®. In addition, she spent 13 years with PepsiCo® in their Frito-Lay® and Taco Bell® Divisions. Sandi completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology and communications from the University of Michigan and her MBA in finance from the University of Southern California.

Jeff Kribbs

A storyteller by trade, a professional actor, and a perpetual philosopher of life, Jeff founded Infinitude Creative Group in 2000. Since then, he has guided the firm’s niche skill set as an expert in meeting the internal needs of its clients through communication, learning and development, and change management initiatives for both companies in the Fortune 100, and companies with Fortune 100 aspirations. During that time, ICG has been recognized with multiple Brandon Hall Awards, as well as the 2016 Axis Award for Change Management, but more importantly, helped boost the bottom line of its clients by helping them be stronger from the inside out. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Performing Arts (BFA) and LeTourneau University (MBA).
