BNY Mellon's Plan to Win: Driving a High Performance Culture

When:
 Wednesday, September 16th, 12pm - 1:30pm CDT

Facilitator: Andrea Elkin, BNY Mellon

Webinar Description:

When BNY Mellon launched its corporate university “BKU” in 2013, the School of Leadership & Management Development focused on generating quick wins that produced results. Their key priorities: increase manager effectiveness and drive a high performance culture. The approach combined social collaboration, short time bites, and laser focused development requirements.

This webinar will describe several initiatives that addressed key priorities, and the impact of early high profile initiatives on the organization.

You will learn:

  • How their detailed planning paid off with a successful launch and fast uptake
  • How they are moving from open enrollment to business sponsored enrollment and from classroom to experiential learning
  • How social media fueled the reach of learning to drive employee engagement with relatively few resources from L&D
