Pariveda’s CEO, Bruce Ballengee, will explain why he designed Pariveda’s business model with such great emphasis on developing leaders.
Lori Dipprey, Director of Talent Development, will discuss the specific tactics that Pariveda has implemented to realize their mission. For Pariveda, leadership development starts at onboarding and they work to ensure it doesn’t end, even after an employee leaves the firm.

Directions:

The American Airlines Training & Conference Center is in close proximity to the DFW airport.

Enter through the Main Entrance from the southbound access road for Highway 360, or the FAA Road entrance on the north end of the property
Follow the roads to the most southern parking lot by the Lodge.
From the main entrance to the Lodge, turn left and walk through the Library room to find the Americana Room.
