BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Learner engagement is critical to successful outcomes, but it can be tricky to define and foster. L&D teams need to begin engaging their learners long before they ever click on a piece of content. This session will cover key considerations in building and sustaining learner engagement.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Participants will learn how to:
- Identify key areas of learner engagement
- Understand what learners are really looking for
- Explore the role of the manager

David Wentworth is the VP, Talent Platform Evangelist at Schoox. He has more than 15 years of knowledge and analyst experience, including a deep understanding of the workplace technology industry, with an emphasis on learning and development.
