Join us for a presentation & conversation that will provide a 360 view of program marketing opportunities to create excitement for your training programs.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Lisa Ploeg is the Manager, Global Learning & Development Programs, at Ansys. She supports employee development, leadership programs and talent management in this 6000+ person tech company, the market leader in simulation software. She was previously the Global Leadership Development Manager at cloud-based technology company RealPage, where she managed development programs for all levels of leadership. She was integral in the creation of their award-winning LDP strategy, shaping the future of leadership development for this rapidly growing Texas company. Real Page received ATD awards in 2018 and 2019 under Lisa’s programming.
Since coming to Texas in 2010, Lisa has created learning and leadership strategy, written curriculum, developed programs and facilitated live and virtual learning in dozens of countries. Additional awards include the ATD Dallas Best Leadership Development Program (2017) for Baylor, Scott & White. She holds facilitator certifications from Vital Smarts/ Crucial Conversations, Franklin Covey, DDI and EDSI and content writing, facilitation and learning management certifications from Langevin.
