Thursday, September 10, 2020, 12PM

Facilitator: Julie Kratz (Inclusive leadership TEDx speaker)

Join us to Lead Like an Ally– This will be an interactive online session with the Dallas Learning Community. During this session, inclusive leadership TEDx speaker, Julie Kratz will share stories, ideas, and research on the burning topic during today’s times: Diversity and Inclusion, while deep diving into parts of her book, Lead Like an Ally: A Journey Through Corporate America.

During this session, focus will be laid on:

  • How to focus on D&I and importance of an ally in driving the D&I agenda in your organization?
  • What it takes to truly support differences as a part of the D&I initiatives and role of allies in that?
  • Three key strategies to champion the D&I initiatives and lead like an ally regardless of your role or position in an organization

The group will be encouraged to share their personal challenges and insights around D&I and what they have experienced as L&D professionals, working for them.
