You know engaged employees are more productive and achieve better results. You even know how to make it happen - if you could only get organizational support for your ideas. As a Learning & Development professional, you are in a unique position to pave the way for change. This interactive session will provide tools to get buy-in and commitment by showing how Learning & Development initiatives will help solve business challenges. Participants will discover how to present the business case for Learning & Development initiatives. We will explore ways to deliver a more compelling message by adapting communication style to the audience and their needs. This session will help you more powerfully deliver your message so you can be an even more effective catalyst for change!

At the end of this sessions, participants should be able to:

  • Identify ways to align Learning & Development initiatives to strategic business goals
  • Understand the role of communication style in getting support for ideas
  • Develop a strategy to more effectively position your message to influence change
