This program will help attendees understand and execute the behaviors that contribute to effective cooperation and collaboration. Using a combination of evidence-based data, real-life stories, and practical techniques, Dr. Jones will help attendees understand and implement the 3 core elements of leading high-performing team cultures.
At the end of this sessions, participants should be able to:
- Cultivate relationships with people that opens the door for feedback and candor.
- Coach people in a way that balances driving results with caring for people.
- Build a people-led culture of positivity and pride.
Facilitator:
Dr. Jones is a workplace psychologist, speaker, author, and executive coach. Jason is a recognized expert in the areas of employee engagement, work performance, and leadership development. He is the author of the book "28 Days to a Motivated Team.
Through his keynote presentations and training workshops, Jason teaches leaders how to become more influential, persuasive, and how to activate the natural motivation and performance of the people they lead. Dr. Jones' client list includes some of the worlds most recognized brands including American Airlines, AT&T, Sonoco, Ericsson, Seagate Technology, IDEX, and the U.S. Postal Service to name just a few.
Jason has lead the creation of several world-class leadership development initiatives and corporate universities. His last corporate leadership role was as Director of Executive Development for AT&T where his team was responsible for executive leadership development for more than 6000 leaders worldwide and was twice named the #1 Learning Company in America by Chief Learning Office Magazine.

You are welcome to arrive early to network and get settled prior to the start of the meeting.
All members of ATD Dallas are welcome to attend any SIG any time at no charge. Non-members are welcome to join us for up to 2 complimentary sessions. After that, to provide ongoing chapter support to the SIG, you will need to join ATD Dallas by paying annual dues of $100.
