Agile Learning allows organizations to adapt and respond to today’s learners by implementing new methodologies and innovative performance support technologies.

At the end of the session, the participants should be able to describe:

• Challenges related to training retention and delivery
• Strategies to increase learning retention and affect outcomes
• Learning approaches such as 70-20-10 and 5 moments of need
