Strategies for Staying Optimistic and Motivated

June 26, 2017 6:30-8:00pm
Facilitator: Joy Perkins

Are you going through career challenges or transition? Or maybe you are a Career Coach. It can be hard to achieve and maintain an internal state which empowers optimism, energy and drive.

  • Understand what issues are impeding change or enjoyment of your role or career
  • Develop and apply strategies to recapture enthusiasm for what you do or help you move without resistance toward what you desire

This will be an interactive program. We look forward to everyone’s participation!

About the facilitator:

Joy Perkins focuses on teaching practical strategies, processes and approaches that promote confidence building and successfully navigating the challenges associated with transition and change. She challenges her clients to avoid “settling” and encourages them to follow their values and passion instead.

Joy is a Senior Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, a global leader in career transition and outplacement, leadership development, employee engagement and change management.
