The changing workforce demands that companies offer multiple career paths and options for development to keep and engage employees. By regularly reviewing talent and intentionally guiding leaders to hold conversations regarding potential and performance, L&D professionals can make a significant impact to the bottom line in their organization. After this session, learners will be able to:
Understand the value and business case for talent reviews and succession planning in their organization
Utilize simple templates and guides to drive the process in partnership with senior leaders
Leverage development opportunities to address business challenges and accelerate growth
About the facilitator:
I have worked in HR for nearly 20 years and focused for 15 years in Leadership & Organization Development where I designed and facilitated bi-annual talent reviews, assessments and created succession plans.

*Participation is limited to the first 40 people who sign up.
All members of Dallas ATD are welcome to attend any SIG any time. All non-members please feel free to join us for up to 2 sessions at a SIG. After 2 sessions, to provide ongoing chapter support to the SIG, you will be expected to join Dallas ASTD by paying the annual dues of $115.
