About the Presenter:

Mike Thompson is ATD Dallas current president. He is the CEO of SVI (www.sviworld.com), a talent development company with offices in Northwest Arkansas and Dallas.

Mike is the author of three leadership books – The Organizational Champion (McGraw-Hill, 2009), The Anywhere Leader (Jossey-Bass, 2012), and Forging Grit (Elevate Publishing, 2016). He lives in Dallas with his wife, Mel and his two children – Alex and Jax.
