Description:

As a talent development professional you either have been, or will be, tasked with supporting a performance improvement initiative in your organization. But how do you successfully implement real change in a critical business function?

The learning team at NTT DATA took on this challenge with a request to focus on improving the top-line performance of over 300 sales associates and their leaders across its multi-billion-dollar IT services organization. The learning team knew they would need to radically adjust the way they partnered with their client to both identify and understand the underlying drivers affecting performance and ensure their solutions addressed those issues. With disciplined focus, the learning team developed and implemented a solution that fostered organizational, financial, and individual growth, enabling the organization to achieve Gartner Magic Quadrant status and NPS scores of 51%.

Plan to join us for the ATD Dallas February Chapter Meeting to learn more about how you can leverage NTT DATA’s best practice approach in your organization.
