Best Place to Learn & Holiday Party

Becoming a High Impact Learning Organization
Presenter: Robert Danna, Director, Deloitte Consulting

As a learning leader, you and your team need to wear many hats and answer to many constituents. You need to serve your business line customers while also delivering on the mandate of corporate HR and L&D. While it may seem impossible to successfully service all constituencies, there are proven approaches and practices that deliver better results.

This session will equip you with leading practice research, tools and approaches to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your learning function and accelerate your journey to becoming a high-impact learning organization. The research presented is based on the actual practices of more than 700 organizations of various size, industry and geography and includes both quantitative and qualitative benchmarking information on high-impact learning organizations.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the top practices used by high-impact learning organizations;
  • Articulate and better respond to Business Leader expectations of the learning function;
  • Prioritize areas for capability development within your own learning function;
  • Analyze your own learning function to identify opportunities to align to leading practice
