Facilitator, and Instructional Design & Development is responsible for creating, facilitating and implementing blended learning solutions:
Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning theories, principles and concepts, andragogy, instructional design theory, measurement and evaluation methods.
Consults with internal and external business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and curate content; identify training and performance needs, recommend solutions; identify need for updates and edits to training (learning materials, reinforcement, refresher, etc.)
Uses instructional design methodology to design, develop and/or deliver blended learning solutions combining scenarios, simulations, video and gamification.
Facilitates client disease state, technical, system and soft skill instructor-led training, demonstrating effective use of facilitation tools, techniques, and materials, etc.
Evaluates (Level 1, 2 & 3) and measures instructional solutions to gauge effectiveness.
Ability to decipher and select training modality to fit business need; proactive identification and resolution of training gaps, based on evaluations and feedback from key client business stakeholders regarding learner outcomes and OJT performance.
Uses e-learning authoring software programs to develop and deliver interactive training experiences on LMS.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions while partnering with members of the Learning Technologies Team to add, administer and maintain training in the LMS.

Works on complex projects of large scope; 80% of time is dedicated to 1 external client’s training needs, and 20% of time is working on other training projects, as needed.
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
Completes work independently; receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
Support 1 external client and internal client through the facilitation, design, development and/or implementation of employee and leadership training/development initiatives
Partner with management teams on deploying learning strategy.
Communicate and implement Learning programs; Create, conduct and evaluate train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
Work with leadership to identify learning & development opportunities and provide support as appropriate to address those needs.
Partner with other internal departments to assess skills/competency gaps in business operations, and then work with the Learning team to prioritize training solutions to build necessary employee skills/competencies.
Evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work within aggressive timeframes.
Deliver on-boarding training to new employees
Administrative duties including class scheduling, LMS
Excellent facilitation experience.
A demonstrated skill and experience in Storyline 3; samples to be provided.
Bachelors degree in related field required.
3+ years experience in related field required.
Healthcare or Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry background preferred
Microsoft Office Proficiency required.
Must be able to travel 15% of the time
