Working alongside colleagues in the Learning Experience team and business partners, you will lead and implement innovative efforts to execute on our blended learning strategy, striving to ensure learning objectives are consistently met. Bring a solid understanding of best-in-class practices in learning & development, adult learning theory, delivery models, and the latest technology tools.
Effectively and confidently oversee each step of our learning experience development process in partnership with various stakeholders;
Lead requirements and implementation of a third-party Learning Experience Platform (LXP) compliant with xAPI standards;
Partner with selected vendor(s) for LXP implementation including white labeling, authentication and integrations;
Management, technical and client support for LXP once implemented;
Oversee user experience, delivery, and analytics related to third-party and internally developed learning events;
Lead technical integrations between LXP, LMS, Learning Record Store, and other third-party content providers as needed;
Advise on educational technology issues related to competency-based learning paths;
Be an active member of different project teams that are introducing and implementing new learning technologies to 3,000+ adult learners.

A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
4+ years learning management experience
Experience with implementation and configuration of a LMS or LXP.
A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) preferred
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.
Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand
Experience with Moodle or Moodle implementations
